This Privacy Policy explains how privacy is handled when you use Tether Orchard (the "App").

Tether Orchard is an offline, physics-based game in which you guide an acorn beetle through 48 rope-physics harvests, gather orchard treasures and grow new garden environments.

We respect your privacy and have designed the App so that it does not require personal information, an account or an internet connection for gameplay.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information from users.

The App does not request, collect or transmit information such as:

• Your precise or approximate location.

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels or similar services to monitor how users interact with the App.

Tether Orchard contains no advertisements.

The App does not integrate third-party SDKs or advertising networks. It does not display targeted advertisements, share personal information with advertisers or participate in advertising-based tracking.

The App does not integrate external services to collect, process or share personal information.

Please note that the platform or app store from which you download the App may independently process certain information, for example in connection with downloads, updates or platform security.

Such processing is handled by the relevant platform provider under its own privacy policy and is outside our control.

Tether Orchard is intended for an audience aged 18 and older.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from users, including children. No user account or personal information is required to play.

The age designation describes the intended audience of the App and does not imply that the game contains prohibited content.

Since we do not collect or hold personal information, we have no personal data to sell, rent, disclose or share with third parties.

We do not provide user information to advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers or other external organizations.
